4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, duplicate orders, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact, billing, and shipping information is complete and accurate.
5. PRICING
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.
Discount codes, promotional offers, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7. SHIPPING INFORMATION AND ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Please contact us immediately if you discover an error.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, unclaimed package, or unauthorized refusal of delivery may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
8. DELIVERED ORDERS
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and contact the local carrier where appropriate.
Customers should then contact us so we can review the available shipping information.
Claims will be assessed individually based on available tracking information and other relevant evidence.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers must contact us before returning a product.
Products returned without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.
Please do not return products to the address printed on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
10. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, video, packaging information, shipping labels, or other reasonable evidence necessary to verify the issue.
Once the issue has been verified, an appropriate remedy may include replacement parts, replacement of the product, or a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
11. CANCELLATIONS
We process orders as quickly as possible.
Customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is unavailable, our Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.
